    The role of Sales Administrator will support the expansion of the Lovehoney brand into Mainstream Retail. The role will support the National Account Manager to deliver ambitious YOY growth targets through the acquisition of new customer accounts. The role will support in the management of customer accounts as well as the introduction of new product to meet our customers needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for all account related administration such as new line forms, pricing templates, presentations samples etc
    • To operate as the point of contact for assigned customers and ensuring regular communication and liaison
    • Maintain CRM system with customer records to capture data effectively and efficiently
    • Work in conjunction with internal logistics team to ensure customer orders are processed and shipped to meet customer requirements
    • Assist in the development of relationships with prospective and existing customers by providing exemplary customer service experience
    • Communicate customer needs and demands to team and wider business
    • Generate a steady stream of leads through outbound prospecting on behalf of National Account Manager
    • Support National Account Manager to achieve sales targets and agreed service levels
    • Continuously improve ways of working and ensure projects are delivered to specific schedule within agreed budgets

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • Educated to AS/A Level
    • Confident using software such as Google Docs/Microsoft Office packages
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A flexible and positive attitude to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • A motivated, can-do personality with a solution-orientated approach

    The role of National Account Manager will lead the expansion of the Lovehoney brand into Mainstream Retail. The role is commercially focused and is responsible for delivering ambitious YOY growth targets through the acquisition, management and growth of new and existing customer accounts. The role will work in partnership with other commercial departments (Product, Brand Marketing, Creative and Content) to deliver an exciting and innovative product range to meet our customers needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop the sales strategy by customer. Accountable for building robust commercial account plans for both sales & investment. Negotiate and manage annual joint business plan with the customer to deliver against business targets
    • Ultimately responsible for driving sales & profit growth to deliver annual sales & profit targets
    • Activate promotional plan and secure additional activity in line with account objectives. Manage promotional spend within agreed trade budgets and complete post promotional evaluation to drive future planning
    • Brief in requirements for new product development in line with the brand strategy. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (i.e. Buying & marketing teams) and retailer teams to develop and land all new product launches with optimal distribution
    • Build and maintain strong cross functional customer relationships. Foster a culture of trust with excellent communication and regular review meetings
    • Work with the inhouse Data Insight team to analyse and evaluate EPOS & market data to gain insight, shape and influence account plans and drive actions
    • Liaise closely with merchandising team and retailer supply teams to create accurate monthly forecasts by customer by sku
    • Proactively seek and drive new business opportunities to deliver incremental sales & profit. Understand market landscape, competitor activity and retailer strategies to leverage existing and create new opportunities
    • Interface between the customer and wider Lovehoney team, providing regular updates and sharing of information regarding the customer’s strategy & performance
    • Accountable for all account related administration such as new line forms, pricing templates, presentations etc.
    • Accountable for budgeting and reporting on Mainstream Sales

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • 5 to 7 years experience in UK National Account Management (3-5 years essential)
    • Experience within the FMCG industry working with accounts such as Boots, Superdrug, ASDA, Waitrose
    • International sales experience desirable
    • Expert using software such as Google Docs/Microsoft Office packages
    • Proven people and team management skills
