      Lovehoneys talented workforce prides itself in making a fun and fullfilling sex life available to everyone, and we are currently seeking a Stock Allocator to join our team.

      This purpose of this position is to ensure all PO’s are placed and delivered for your category in a timely manner and that the information around these is maintained accurately, whilst maintaining the best communication with all relevant departments on stock availability and ordering.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Support the Merchandiser with the intake plan of stock globally in line with agreed stock level KPI’s.
      • Monitor the availability of stock for the category.
      • Place all category PO’s (weekly, seasonally), monitoring the delivery of these and flagging issues to the merchandiser and Head of Merchandising.
      • Liaise with your suppliers on acceptance of all PO’s, communicating pricing issues and under-deliveries to the relevant departments.
      • Updating your category PO’s with accurate units and pricing following Supplier PO acknowledgement.
      • Maintaining the accuracy of information at Supplier/PO level in the payment spreadsheets, liaising with the Finance team to ensure payments are made on time in line with Supplier terms.
      • Manual reconciliation of FE invoicing - liaising with Buying, NPD and Finance on issues, payment dates and deposits, where applicable.
      • Ensure credit notes for your category are communicated to relevant teams, withholding payments and chasing for information where necessary.
      • Working with Finance to resolve supplier invoice discrepancies to ensure they are paid on time in line with agreed supplier terms.
      • Analysing your Categories range performance with merchandisers, helping to identify potential out of stocks, NOOS line issues, or over-buys, communicating your findings to the relevant teams.
      • Understand how to impact an increase in margin through new sourcing strategies, MOQ’s, best prices and bulk buying if appropriate.
      • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure on time deliveries.

        NPD Coordinator

        The purpose of this role is to ensure all New Product Developments are developed as requested and are achieved on time and within budget. You will help to create a wide range of items at the best price for our customers, working closely with our internal teams, as well as external suppliers across the world.

        Key Responsibilities

        • Work with the NPD manager to maintain the NPD workflow for all product updates and developments to support the delivery of category targets
        • Work with Category Buyers to identify and fill in product gaps within your category
        • Brief suppliers on new projects and developments with appropriate ongoing management
        • Creation and maintenance of product specification documents and PIFs
        • Create and manage design briefs and packaging requirements ensuring the critical path is met
        • Liaise with Content and Creative teams to ensure internal project deadlines are met
        • Ensure on time delivery of new developments with any risks identified and effective corrective action plans in place including maintaining launch dates
        • Sample management: for testing, reviews and photoshoots, press
        • Assist the merchandising team on MOQ and delivery dates for PO placement on new developments
        • Ongoing review of existing products and packaging, updating where necessary
        • Support in the delivery of the new launch process and appropriate product training ensuring the ongoing engagement of key stakeholders
        • Negotiate with suppliers on product development costs including COG, MOQ, testing fees, mold fees, product exclusivity and lead times
        • Work closely with suppliers to ensure consistently high product quality
        • Delivery of customer expectations in relation to product innovation through keeping up to date with the industry and new market entrants
        • Continuous review of LH Brands using sales data to analyse and monitor the success of own brand lines

        There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

        • Background in product development with a minimum of 2 years experience working with product
        • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
        • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills plus strong IT skills including experience using database systems
        • Proven negotiation skills

        Marketplace Manager

        The role will take full responsibility for marketplaces from a strategic view, day to day management of the marketplace channels, developing commercial agreements and product and operational planning. It will be empowered to grow the channel from start-up to achieving maximum sales and growth of the platform in collaboration with local markets throughout the region. The role will look at the end to end process of the channel and support the management of the full P&L. Alongside the Head of Merchandising it will also design and implement efficient plans to launch the product range into marketplaces.

        Key Responsibilities

        • Day to day management and trading of marketplace businesses on a number of platforms with full profit & loss ownership.
        • Sales and operational planning (& forecasting) to ensure we meet the customer promise in the most efficient and profitable way.
        • Deliver the right customer experience – achieve high performance standards (feedback ratings, low defect rates, seller ratings) across all marketplaces.
        • Planning and executing profitable promotional activities to acquire new customers/grow the business.
        • Analyse performance data and implement changes to grow the business and interpret trends.
        • Analysing data to identify providing actionable insight and recommendations to influence and support trading and online marketing decisions.
        • Monitoring of off site stock holding investments and movements where relevant.
        • Managing and maintaining all product listings, pricing strategies and promotions in collaboration with the other channels within the business.
        • Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure we deliver growth consistent with overall business objectives

        There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

        • Ideally of graduate standard, from within a marketing or digital based discipline
        • At least 2 years previous work experience trading an Amazon account and managing Amazon PPC campaigns
        • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is highly desirable
        • Cross country and line matrixed line management experience
        • Experience in analytical tools such as GoogleAnalytics (GA), Data Cube, GoogleDocs
