    Customer Service Advisor (To include Saturday and Sunday)

    Our Customer Care team is committed to supporting the wider organisation with first class customer service to ensure all our customers are sexually happy. You will be our customers’ first point of contact by answering customer calls, emails and participating in live chats, all while undergoing an extensive training programme to ensure you understand our products, can support with queries and effectively manage the flow of activity. You will be looking to make a real difference to this already high-achieving team and truly putting the customer at the heart of all we do

    Working within this dynamic and fast-paced environment, our Customer Care team offer a vibrant, fun and social workplace. You will be empowered to answer queries in a manner that best suits the customer while allowing you to be authentic

    There is an expectation that you will have the ability to use your initiative, be a fluent English speaker with at least 2 years experience of working in a customer service environment (ideally contact centre orientated). And be available to work Every Saturday and Sundays. As you can imagine we do all of this on various technical systems so being comfortable with database systems and possessing computer skills is key

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will:

    • Provide the highest standard in Customer Service
    • Support the Lovehoney team in achieving all of its goals
    • Manage and prioritise personal workloads effectively
    • Maintain knowledge of all Lovehoney products
    • Be proactive in ensuring that the team delivers a high quality customer experience
    • Continuously seek to improve the customer experience
    • Positively support all changes and innovation that improves the customer experience
    • Be adaptable and flexible to ensure that customer expectations are always maintained

    As a successful applicant you will have:

    • A positive & bright disposition
    • Fluent English speaking
    • The ability to use your initiative
    • A high level of motivation
    • Great interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written & oral
    • A high level (at least 2 years) of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call centre style environment
    • Excellent PC skills, including experience of using database systems
    • Excellent administrative skills
    • A flexible approach with a ‘can do’ attitude
    • Sense of humour & engaging personality!

    Bilingual/Trilingual (English, Spanish, German, French) Customer Service Advisor

    We are looking for a trilingual or bilingual (English, French, German) inbound customer service advisor to join our team in Bath, UK. This role will suit a highly motivated, well-organised individual with at least two years customer service experience in a call centre environment. Due to the nature of our business, you will need a mature, positive attitude to sexual wellbeing. This is your chance to build a career with a fast-growing international company.

    Applications will be considered for those wishing to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) and those seeking part time hours. Please indicate the hours you wish to work clearly on your application.
