    Digital Analyst

    Location: Bath, UK
    Hours: 37.5 per week

    The role will utilise Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to provide appropriate instrumentation of the websites to assist business owners with intelligence, KPI’s and immediate feedback on business improvements. This role will operate, acting as an expert, taking a proactive approach to website tagging, data capture and data transformation. It will also undertake data modelling and “deep dive” analysis.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Interface between 3rd Party Agencies and Commercial analysis team
    • Data layer maintenance and implementation
    • Google Tag Manager configuration, security and management
    • Implementing Tracking & Tagging for new marketing initiatives
    • Maintenance of Tracking & Measurement protocols
    • Analytics maintenance and SME
    • Consuming 3rd party data APIs using scripting
    • Data transformation, cleansing & merging
    • Working with the BI platform team to support getting relevant Analytics into data lake
    • Developing strategies, protocols and processes for ad-hoc behaviour capture & analysis

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics essential
    • Knowledge of JavaScript & HTML will be essential
    • Scripting languages such as Python & R would be beneficial
    • Any knowledge of MS SQL or preferentially BigQuery would be an advantage
    • Any knowledge of enterprise reporting tools would be an advantage

    Senior Developer

    Location: Bath, UK

    This role works as part of a team on a range of projects within the company. It will contribute to the development of core products developed internally using a variety of older and newer technologies. It will also be involved in the development of E-commerce sites on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contribution to the ongoing development of core in-house built applications as part of a cross functional development team at a Senior level
    • Participation in ongoing Transformation project switching E-commerce sites over to Salesforce Commerce Cloud and subsequent development on this new platform
    • Actively participating in team based development, participating in standups, refinement, planning, agile processes and Technical architecture
    • Working closely with the Team leaders and Technical architects and taking on appropriate roles within the team
    • Good Team working with the other developers, Team leader, Technical architect(s), UX and QA within the team to deliver products to production efficiently to a high quality standard
    • Good communication and collaboration including cross team, particularly by participating in ‘Guilds’ (various) and the development ‘Chapter’
    • As a senior developer you will enthusiastically contribute to discussions on technical architecture and related subjects in our guild meetings on areas of specific interest
    • You will be a curious learner and with the support of your line manager, will continue your ongoing learning and career development, for example by using the provided online training portal (Pluralsite). You would be expected to read relevant articles, blogs, attend meetups, conferences and find other sources of knowledge to ensure you stay current

    • Computer Science degree or Degree(s) and or Training course(s) with substantial programing content

    UX Designer

    Location: Bath, UK

    This is a pivotal role that will shape and influence the user-centric design of the Lovehoney websites to create user experiences and interfaces that are genuinely intuitive and engaging. Working with a variety of business functions to drive the discovery phase of feature and product development, you will put your significant understanding of UX practices, research and design experience to full use to create end-to-end journeys that meet the requirements, optimise the user experience and deliver on business objectives.

    This role will apply their specialist skills across a wide variety of products, features, and journeys, including page templates for our new websites as part of our Transformation project, promotional devices, campaign pages, user self-service tools, loyalty engagement journeys and more.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide user driven UX designs and UI concepts, consulting with stakeholders and development teams to supply the vision for the end feature
    • Gather, prioritise and document functional requirements, working with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure acceptance criteria are agreed and dependencies understood
    • Develop user flows and shape feature specific personas to support the process
    • Use analytical data sources as well as user behaviour and research tools to identify existing and potential user pain points to facilitate effective design approach
    • Produce detailed proposals, wireframes and prototypes that meet strategic objectives and allow discussion with relevant stakeholders
    • Provide high fidelity designs and assets to development/agile team to ensure build meets needs and vision
    • Manage and prioritise UX workflows for and within roadmapped features and projects, front end experiments and iterative enhancements
    • Contribute to cross-functional/departmental discovery and refinement sessions
    • Consistently review and user test the Lovehoney websites to identify emerging user struggles and to measure and report on the performance of new deployed features and products

    • Frontend code - HTML, CSS, JS

    Online Trading Executive - Europe

    The Online Trading Executive is responsible for driving Lovehoney’s eCommerce trading plan and delivering commercial activity to deliver the P&L on French, German and Spanish sites.

    The role is responsible for planning, executing and communicating merchandising activity and promotions across the business. The role requires analytical skills, creativity and flexibility on a daily basis.

    The Online Trading Executive is expected to report on sales performance daily, weekly and quarterly against relevant eCommerce metrics and KPIs, including CVR, AOV, revenue, profit margin

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan commercially-focused trading activity that delivers against both short and long-term requirements. Planning includes (but is not limited to) briefing creative with in-house designers and forecasting promotion stock.
    • Communicate plans to the wider commercial team in a timely & clear manner. Ensure that all documentation (including the Global Trading Calendar and any superseding documentation) is kept up-to-date at all times.
    • Deliver flawless on-site activity: your delivery should match plan, be accurate and customer-centric.
    • Report on trade daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly. Create reports and provide analysis as required to drive the trading plan.
    • Work collaboratively across multiple departments (including Marketing, Buying and Digital Product) to plan, execute and report on your trading activity.
    • Work collaboratively and flexibly within the Online Trading Team. Partner with colleagues to constantly refine and optimise plans and activity across all Lovehoney websites
    • Use both in-house third party eCommerce platforms to optimise the trading plan and website performance
    • Completing ad-hoc translation requests as and when required by the business

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • Speak, write and read English, French and German - including translations (Spanish also desirable).
    • Degree preferable, but not essential
    • Experience using Google Drive & Microsoft Office
    • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the wider eCommerce market
    • A flexible and positive attitude to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • A motivated, can-do personality with a solution-orientated approach
