    Ecommerce Testing Executive

    Location:Bath UK

    Hours:37.5 per week
    Salary: £30,000.00

    We are expanding our Digital Product Team with an Ecommerce Testing Executive, to manage and execute a roadmap of testing initiatives across our portfolio of websites.They’ll be liaising with internal and external suppliers to manage the testing workflow from hypothesis, to design ideation, test planning, and communication of results to the business.

    Key tasks will be writing detailed test briefs, ensuring that tests are delivered on time, ensuring a smooth QA process, and following up test conclusion with discussions for further iteration.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Owning the Testing and Personalisation roadmap
    • Liaising with both internal teams and external development partners
    • Working with QA to ensure efficient time to launch
    • Project managing tests, from hypothesis building to platform hardcode
    • Managing an iterative testing cycle
    • Minimise concurrent serving experiences
    • Reporting on results and test outcomes
    • Keeping stakeholders informed
    • Providing User Acceptance Testing on both test and hardcode development projects
    • Keeping 3rd party development spend on budget

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • Experience of A/B and Multivariate Testing
    • Experience of Dynamic Merchandising and Personlisation within Ecommerce
    • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS within an Ecommerce Environment
    • Experience of Project Management
    • A Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science degree or similar qualification

    Campaign Data Manager

    The purpose of the Campaign Data Manager role is to ensure that the customer targeting and delivery of our email campaigns lands with the right customer, with the right message, at the right time. This role will be the custodian of our customer data within our CRM systems and ESP; Ometria. The role will be need to ensure our customer segmentations, selections and campaign flows are built, tested and performing to deliver peak performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Building and technical performance of Automated Customer Journey workflows
    • Building and technical performance of data selections for Broadcast email campaigns
    • Managing email and customer loyalty data integrations and flows with Lovehoney’s technical and digital teams
    • Optimising usage of our EPS tool functionality and training email team on best practice
    • Leading investigation of technical, data or campaign flow queries
    • Supporting Email Executives team to optimise email audiences through customer targeting best practice
    • Build complex data selections, segmentations and automated journeys
    • Troubleshoot HTML issues and ensure all tagging and offer codes are accurate
    • Utilise email performance reports to inform greater performance on future campaigns
    • Work with Technology providers to log support tickets and manage investigations to resolution
    • Manage effectively email testing and QA processes to deliver quality outcomes
    • Support wider commercial teams - especially in key trading periods
    • Guide and educate others to inspire others to understand more about our customer data and how it is used within email

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • A minimum of 2 years experience in building data selections and workflows for email campaigns
    • Experience of data management in a marketing communications environment
    • Google Tag Manager skill
    • Experience of using Ometria
    • SQL query skills
    • Advanced HTML/CSS/Javascript knowledge

    Responsible for digital management, e-commerce and promotions for Australia and New Zealand, by planning, producing and executing localised Commercial activities (alongside the Marketing Exec) to support the achievement of Lovehoney’s business and strategic objectives

    Key Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Head of Online Trading, you will:

    • Implement an integrated commercial strategy (working towards revenue & margin targets), including the production of a 12-month commercial calendar, which delivers consistent and specific messages to raise the profile of Lovehoney, and overall sales
    • Provide localised insight to support with accurate and compelling content for email activations
    • Work with the relevant UK teams/E-Commerce team to optimise PPC spend, ensuring localised analysis of trends and daily/weekly reporting on performance to UK and local management in a timely manner
    • Ensure all digital assets are briefed effectively and are joined up to ensure consistency across digital platforms in a localised format - communicating with other relevant teams
    • Seek new opportunities for localised commercial activities in Australia which includes routes to market such as EBay, Amazon to develop commercial revenues
    • Undertake other responsibilities as required and directed by the Local Director and Global Online Trading team
    • Effectively manage the sales forecasting, analysis and reporting for Australia/New Zealand which will include forecasting for promotional stock/stock requirements, analysing specific group/category/product/brand performance for trend-spotting, and sharing promotion calendars to other teams
    • Drive and monitor unit sales and revenue maximisation and report outcomes to stakeholders
    • Monitor on-site graphic performance and ensure relevant content on landing pages

    Essential Skills and Experience

    • Broad generalist with at least 3 years’ successful online sales experience similar environment/Company/role - online digital experience/e-commerce
    • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce and/or advanced computer skills and experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, database systems and monitoring platforms
