    Digital Analyst

    The purpose of this role is to ensure our commercial and territory teams are provided with proactive and regular analysis and reporting to measure performance and take action where appropriate. The role will focus on supporting our key territory websites (UK, US and AU), our marketing campaigns, media performance and promotional activities. Reporting to the Senior Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the day to day reporting on the key metrics and user journeys for each website, as well as weekly and ad hoc analysis work. You’ll work closely with the Data & BI team in Tech.

    You’ll love ecommerce, statistical analysis and customer behaviour and have a drive to continuously improve our performance to exceed target. You’ll be an excellent presenter and communicator, and be able to explain complicated data analysis to non users. You’ll ensure your recommendations are acted upon, and project manage where needed. You’ll also be commercially minded, making sure that actions are prioritised by financial impact. You’ll thrive on seeing the value added by your work.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Regular reporting of website key metrics
    • Weekly analysis by marketing and on-site campaigns
    • Weekly Landing Page Reviews

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • 1 - 2 yrs experience working in a commercially driven team
    • Intermediate knowledge and experience of Google Analytics
    • Advanced in the use of Google Sheets or Excel
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Can demonstrate examples of providing insight from data and actioning across a business
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Business or Mathematical / Statistical subject
    • Working knowledge of using one or more of the following data visual tools: Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau
    • Constructing and leveraging data dashboards to key stakeholders

    Head of Digital Product

    The Global Head of Digital Product is responsible for ownership and successful evolution of the Global ecommerce platform and leading the delivery of international initiatives, including the implementation of the digital roadmap to provide best-in-class digital experiences; working with practices such as lean, agile, devops and user centric design.

    Reporting to the CIO, this is a high profile, cross-functional role across the business, requiring regular interaction with global stakeholders, Commercial teams, Brand and Marketing and Technology amongst others.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Development, delivery and continuous improvement of the organisation's digital presence online
    • Digital product owner of the websites - key stakeholder for delivery of any project related to the websites
    • Driving the digital presence forward by creating and managing the digital road map in collaboration with the commercial requirements of the business
    • Accountable for the design, development and delivery of differentiated UX / UI across all digital channels - having the UX function report into this role
    • Partner management for delivery of all aspects of the organisation's digital customer experience
    • Identification and management of all digital tools for internal and external digital management, across all platforms and countries to meet the commercial needs of the business
    • Responsible for the development and coordination of the strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, testing (AB), and constant refinement of the digital experience across all platforms and countries
    • To manage and improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the website and content platforms
    • Managing 3rd party technology and platform service providers
    • Influence (and optimise), support and contribute to the digital marketing plan to increase number of sales and increase conversion
    • Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities
    • Present Digital updates to senior stakeholders (CHLT); driving decision making and stakeholder alignment
    • Digital resource management/allocation in support of business priorities/prioritisation
    • Coach and drive a culture of continuous improvement
    • AB Testing Programme ownership - defining AB testing programmes and implementing and tracking these on site and then assessing against associated expected metrics to decide on global rollout or not.
