    Web Optimisation Executive

    We are expanding our Digital Product Team with a Web Optimisation Executive, to manage and execute a roadmap of experiment and CRO initiatives across our portfolio of websites.They’ll be liaising with internal and external suppliers to manage the workflow from hypothesis, to design ideation, planning, and communication of results to the business.

    Key tasks will be writing detailed briefs, helping to define the UX and KPIs, overseeing and implementing the development delivery, ensuring a smooth QA process, and concluding results and recommendations based on the analysis of performance data and key success metrics.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Owning the CRO and Personalisation roadmap
    • Liaising with both internal teams and external development partners
    • Project managing experiments, from hypothesis building to platform hardcode
    • Working with QA to ensure efficient time to launch
    • Managing an iterative testing cycle
    • Maximising the value from the experiment tools
    • Reporting on results and test outcomes
    • Keeping stakeholders informed
    • Serving as Product Owner to deliver the formal integration of successful experiments with Development
    • Providing User Acceptance Testing on both test and hardcode development projects
    • Keeping 3rd party development spend on budget

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • Experience of A/B and Multivariate Testing
    • Experience of Dynamic Merchandising and Personlisation within Ecommerce
    • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS within an Ecommerce Environment
    • Experience of Project Management/Product Ownership
    • A Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science degree or similar qualification

    Campaign Data Manager

    The purpose of the Campaign Data Manager role is to ensure that the customer targeting and delivery of our email campaigns lands with the right customer, with the right message, at the right time. This role will be the custodian of our customer data within our CRM systems and ESP; Ometria. The role will be need to ensure our customer segmentations, selections and campaign flows are built, tested and performing to deliver peak performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Building and technical performance of Automated Customer Journey workflows
    • Building and technical performance of data selections for Broadcast email campaigns
    • Managing email and customer loyalty data integrations and flows with Lovehoney’s technical and digital teams
    • Optimising usage of our EPS tool functionality and training email team on best practice
    • Leading investigation of technical, data or campaign flow queries
    • Supporting Email Executives team to optimise email audiences through customer targeting best practice
    • Build complex data selections, segmentations and automated journeys
    • Troubleshoot HTML issues and ensure all tagging and offer codes are accurate
    • Utilise email performance reports to inform greater performance on future campaigns
    • Work with Technology providers to log support tickets and manage investigations to resolution
    • Manage effectively email testing and QA processes to deliver quality outcomes
    • Support wider commercial teams - especially in key trading periods
    • Guide and educate others to inspire others to understand more about our customer data and how it is used within email

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • A minimum of 2 years experience in building data selections and workflows for email campaigns
    • Experience of data management in a marketing communications environment
    • Google Tag Manager skill
    • Experience of using Ometria
    • SQL query skills
    • Advanced HTML/CSS/Javascript knowledge
