      Logistics and Inventory Operative

      Location:Bath UK
      Department: Warehouse
      Manager:Inventory & Logistics Manager
      Hours:37.5 per week, 1:00pm to 9:00pm - Monday to Friday
      Salary: £16,965.00 per annum

      This role works between our Logistics and Inventory teams and is responsible for keeping our products in stock and making sure stock levels are accurate at all times.

      The role involves replenishing the shelves as part of our ‘putaway’ process, working to priorities set by the Team Leader and Manager, processing customer returns as needed, supporting with stock takes and processing transfers to our sites in Australia and the US.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Booking in all stock that comes into our Bath Warehouse
      • Putting the stock out onto our shelving neatly and accurately
      • Processing and booking in Transfers from a 3PL site daily
      • Checking through and clearing overflow stock as necessary
      • Making sure all out of stocks are entered and located in a timely manner
      • Performing stock checks as needed
      • Process transfers going from our Bath Warehouse to our other sites in AU and US
      • Working towards set KPIs including performance targets and accuracy levels
      • Monitoring, improving and updating UK shelving strategies
      • Processing customer returns
      • Picking and packing customer orders as necessary.
      • Leaving the booking in area in a clean and safe state at the end of every shift

      There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

      • Experience of fork lifting would be a benefit
      • You will be expected to lift heavy loads, on a regular basis, so a certain level of physical fitness is essential
      • must be "" confident"" around it
      • Experience of working with stock would be preferred
      • Must be 18 years of age or older
