      Salary: £18,833.00 per annum

      he Weekend Senior Warehouse Operative is expected to support the Team Leader and Fulfilment Managers in dispatching all customer orders on a daily basis. Making sure that all orders are printed, picked, packed and shipped to meet quality expectations and tight shipping deadlines. They will also be expected to step in and cover the floor in the Team Leader and Managers absence on occasion. Setting an example for the Team working with positivity and purpose at all times.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Support the Team Leaders in processing all customer orders to strict last print deadlines
      • Open and regular communication with Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the shift
      • Print all customer orders as required adhering to our specific printing policies
      • Pick and pack customer orders daily
      • Create all postal manifests at set times
      • Oversee all post leaving the building dealing with collection drivers as necessary
      • Support with the training of any new employees
      • Review and log quality checks on packed orders daily
      • Run and report quality checks on packing
      • Delegate staff on tasks and duties as required
      • Make sure packing stations are restocked at the end of shift and that the Warehouse is left in an organised and clean state
      • All ‘Can’t Go’ stock to be back on the shelves before site closure
      • Cover the floor in Team Leader and Managers absence: when in meetings / sick etc…
      • Deal with problem orders quickly and effectively
      • Open and close two sites as needed

      There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

      • Possess excellent IT skills
      • Must be over 18 years of age
      • Warehouse or Retail experience is essential
      • Able to work under pressure and keep to strict deadlines as a Team
      • Strong literacy and numeracy skills required

        Logistics and Inventory Operative

        Manager:Inventory & Logistics Manager
        Hours:37.5 per week,

      • Role 1 - 1:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday to Friday,
      • Role 2 - 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
      • Salary: £16,965.00 per annum

        This role works between our Logistics and Inventory teams and is responsible for keeping our products in stock and making sure stock levels are accurate at all times.

        The role involves replenishing the shelves as part of our ‘putaway’ process, working to priorities set by the Team Leader and Manager, processing customer returns as needed, supporting with stock takes and processing transfers to our sites in Australia and the US.

        Key Responsibilities

        • Booking in all stock that comes into our Bath Warehouse
        • Putting the stock out onto our shelving neatly and accurately
        • Processing and booking in Transfers from a 3PL site daily
        • Checking through and clearing overflow stock as necessary
        • Making sure all out of stocks are entered and located in a timely manner
        • Performing stock checks as needed
        • Process transfers going from our Bath Warehouse to our other sites in AU and US
        • Working towards set KPIs including performance targets and accuracy levels
        • Monitoring, improving and updating UK shelving strategies
        • Processing customer returns
        • Picking and packing customer orders as necessary.
        • Leaving the booking in area in a clean and safe state at the end of every shift

        There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

        • Experience of fork lifting would be a benefit
        • You will be expected to lift heavy loads, on a regular basis, so a certain level of physical fitness is essential
        • must be "" confident"" around it
        • Experience of working with stock would be preferred
        • Must be 18 years of age or older
