      Warehouse Operative - Internal Applicants Only

      We have a variety of Warehouse Operative roles available. To apply please complete the application form via the link below, you will be asked to state your preference for hours and days worked. Please note that the 'ideal' candidate would be able to commit to the following:

      • Full-time hours
      • Weekend work
      • Longer-term contract

      As Warehouse Operative, your main duties will include picking and packing customer orders accurately, discreetly and in a timely manner; clearing all print queues in time for last prints and collection; maintaining acceptable levels of performance, punctuality and attendance; supporting in other areas as necessary ( restocking shelves, picking transfers, checking best before dates, pulling stock forward, stock checking etc.) and maintaining a tidy and organised Warehouse environment.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Picking and packing all customer orders to tight print deadlines
      • Maintain an acceptable accuracy level on all picked and packed items
      • Pass quality checks on random packed orders
      • Maintain acceptable daily performance stats
      • Follow and uphold the warehouse method statements
      • Support on Quality Control rework as necessary
      • Complete rolling stock takes and best before date checks
      • Create postal manifests and packages for Couriers on occasion
      • Restock packing stations and clean the Warehouse at end of shift or as needed
      • Support Logistics or Inventory as required
      • Return ‘Can’t Go’ stock daily as requested to do so

      There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

      • Strong IT skills as you will need to use different Apps on a daily basis
      • Experience of working in a retail or warehouse environment
      • Must be over 18 years of age
      • Good literacy and numeracy
