    To provide direction in the development and delivery of dynamic global Marketing campaigns and strategies to achieve our ambitious growth targets. Reporting to the Head of Global Brand Marketing, the role sits within the Brand & Marketing function. The Global Marketing Manager will implement a top down, multi-channel marketing strategy to build awareness of the brand, champion new opportunities, build and manage the marketing calendar, and optimise efforts across all existing channel and partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement an integrated media strategy which aligns to the Global Trading Calendar and delivers consistent messages to raise the profile of Lovehoney and deliver sales targets
    • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns for both consumer and trade channels across the marketing mix
    • Develop the Lovehoney student strategy and manage and develop key student partnerships
    • Develop social media channels in line with agreed social strategy
    • Take a lead role in global product pushes delivering creative campaigns on time with close coordination amongst key teams within the business
    • Attending global trading meetings and reporting back on performance and forward planning
    • Ensuring all marketing activity has measurable business objectives and KPI’s attached to them and that they are in alignment with the global Marketing strategy
    • Measure, analyse and report on Lovehoney Global Marketing activity, as well as that of Lovehoney main competitors, with a focus on continuous improvement, learning and optimisation;
    • Providing strategic marketing input and feedback on seasonal marketing plans
    • Maintaining a complete understanding of international marketing performance, sharing insights and recommendations with local teams for future initiatives across markets for shared learnings
    • Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
    • Line manage, coach and develop the Global Marketing Executives to deliver their objectives
    • Seek new opportunities for global marketing opportunities

    • A minimum of three years experience in a global Consumer Marketing role with a proven track record of managing global Marketing campaigns, ideally in the UK, US & AU with an understanding of how international marketing contributes to the broader marketing plan

    The Global Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing and implementing effective global marketing communication campaigns for both consumer and trade channels.

    This role sits within the Global Brand Marketing function and reports into the Global Marketing Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns for both consumer and trade channels
    • Effective management of Marketing channels including; students, TV, events and press adverts
    • Taking ownership of designated brands and product launches
    • Building effective relationships and working closely with local marketing teams in line with agreed project RACIs
    • Working closely with the data and insights team to understand the product and customer profile.
    • Writing and briefing copy for marketing collateral, including social media, emails, catalogues, adverts and websites
    • Undertaking ongoing detailed analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
    • Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
    • Working with relevant departments and local marketing teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and all marketing opportunities are maximised
    • Other ad hoc projects as required

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • Degree in Marketing or other relevant professional qualifications e.g. CIM
    • 1-2 years experience in a similar role with proven success in developing and delivering marketing campaigns. Global marketing experience an advantage
    • Experience working on product launches/ brand licenses
    • Strong organisational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to use Excel to analyse data and spot trends. Experience of Google Analytics an advantage

    The Purpose of the job is to work proactively to develop and deliver the Global PR strategy and plans for Lovehoney, building our reputation and ensuring effective media coverage to increase brand awareness and differentiation

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create the global Lovehoney PR strategy
    • Build strong relationships with influential print, digital and broadcast journalists and thought leaders within our sector
    • Management of our 3 PR agencies in the UK, US and AUS and delivery of regular performance reporting
    • Draft and oversee the creation of media releases
    • Support the senior team on media and press opportunities, briefing spokespeople on communicating with the media
    • Work alongside the wider Marketing team to create and deliver integrated marketing and PR communication campaigns

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop a website traffic plan to meet goals and benchmarks in accordance to global plan
      • Understand and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) when needed, in conjunction with analytics/reporting team at HQ.

      The successful candidate will have:

      You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as global marketing teams), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. The following skills are needed:

      • BS/MS Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
      • 5+ years’ experience in B2C or D2C digital marketing with demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, affiliate marketing and/or display advertising campaigns as well as agency oversight.
      • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics (Google Analytics) and digital marketing best practices as well as setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, and an understanding of how they work, benchmarking, etc.
      • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
      • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
      • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
