    Project Manager

    Location:Bath UK

    The role is responsible for working as part of the PMO team ensuring activity is scoped, planned, analysed and projects delivered for Lovehoney on time, within budget and to agreed scope. A key facet of the role is working with key business stakeholders to understand their technical needs and to then translate these into requirements in preparation for prioritisation of these for delivery by the Tech team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Liaise with Management and Business teams to review project proposals and determine goals, deliverables, timescales, staffing requirements and resources to accomplish approved project requirements
    • Work with Business Analysts and Developers to define and document the technical scope and objectives of projects
    • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
    • Drive a continuous improvement mentality, review project approach and deliverables to ensure we continually learn from the approach taken
    • Lead dependency and risk management workshops
    • Deliver informative, well-organised presentations
    • Contribute to the day to day running of the PMO Office
    • Drive change management
    • Develop relationships with stakeholders across the business that foster strong ties

    • Experienced Project Manager who has led projects through the full life cycle
    • Agile delivery experience ideally in a Kanban/Agile/Scrum based environment.
    • Background in software/I.T project management would be advantageous

      Junior Developer

      Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per annum

      The role will work as part of a team on a range of projects within the company. It will contribute to the development of core products developed internally using a variety of older and newer technologies. It will also be involved in the development of E-commerce sites on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Contribution to the ongoing development of core in-house built applications as part of a cross functional development team at a Junior level
      • Participation in ongoing Transformation project switching E-commerce sites over to Salesforce Commerce Cloud and subsequent development on this new platform
      • Actively participating in team based development, participating in standups, refinement, planning, agile processes and Technical architecture
      • Good Team working with the other developers, Team leader, Technical architect(s), UX and QA within the team to deliver products to production efficiently to a high quality standard
      • Good communication and collaboration including cross team, particularly by participating in ‘Guilds’ (various) and the development ‘Chapter’
      • You will be a curious learner and with the support of your line manager, will continue your ongoing learning and career development, for example by using the provided online training portal (Pluralsite). You would be expected to read relevant articles, blogs, attend meetups, conferences and find other sources of knowledge to ensure you stay current
      • Participating in cross team collaboration guilds and chapters

          QA Engineer

          You will be involved in testing new development projects both on the front end web sites and to back end systems

          Key Responsibilities

          • Hands on manual testing of front and backend websites
          • Cross functional browser testing
          • Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
          • Defining test plans and test cases
          • Assisting end users with UAT
          • Creating automated regression test cases and reporting on results
