    QA Engineer

    We are currently seeking a QA Engineer to join our team. This position will be involved in testing new development projects both on the front end web sites and to back end systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Hands on manual testing of front and backend websites
    • Cross functional browser testing
    • Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
    • Defining test plans and test cases
    • Assisting end users with UAT
    • Creating automated regression test cases and reporting on results
    • Act as first line support for queries raised through the internal support desk

    • Knowledge of using browser development tools (e.g. to identify javascript errors)

    Project & Service Delivery Manager

    Lovehoney are in a large period of change for the next 3-5 years to transform the way that the Technology team work with internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers. This role will plan and organise activities to ensure they are defined, prioritised, analysed and delivered for stakeholders on time, within budget and to the agreed scope. A key facet of the role is working with business stakeholders, business analysts and 3rd party suppliers to understand their needs, translating these into measurable, deliverable work packages across allocated resources to form product based backlogs for teams to work through.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Liaise with Management, Business teams and 3rd party suppliers to review work requests and determine goals, deliverables, timescales, staffing requirements and resources to accomplish approved user stories to support the product roadmap.
    • Work with Business Analysts, Developers and Suppliers to define and document the business scope and objectives of work requests.
    • Assess value, develop SLA’s and ways of working between LovehoneyTechnical teams and 3rd party supplier.
    • Support backlog management, iteration planning across delivery functions.
    • Work closely with Lovehoney Stakeholders and Supplier account managers monitor supplier performance and deliveries
    • Provide a proactive role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of business objectives and technical deliveries.
    • Drive a continuous improvement mentality, reviewing approach and deliverables to ensure we continually learn from the work undertaken
    • Manage dependency and risk management tasks for work allocated
    • Deliver informative, well-organized presentations and communications to stakeholder groups
    • Contribute to the day to day running of the delivery function of the department, driving change management best practice
    • Develop relationships with stakeholders across the business and suppliers that foster strong ties

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • 5 years or more experience leading projects through the full life cycle from design to implementation as a project manager or product owner.
    • Proven experience using multiple delivery methods, Agile, Kanban, Waterfall etc
    • Experience of managing virtual and remote teams
    • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
    • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

    Senior Developer

    Location: Bath, UK
    Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per annum

    This role works as part of a team on a range of projects within the company. It will contribute to the development of core products developed internally using a variety of older and newer technologies. It will also be involved in the development of E-commerce sites on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contribution to the ongoing development of core in-house built applications as part of a cross functional development team at a Senior level
    • Participation in ongoing Transformation project switching E-commerce sites over to Salesforce Commerce Cloud and subsequent development on this new platform
    • Actively participating in team based development, participating in standups, refinement, planning, agile processes and Technical architecture
    • Working closely with the Team leaders and Technical architects and taking on appropriate roles within the team
    • Good Team working with the other developers, Team leader, Technical architect(s), UX and QA within the team to deliver products to production efficiently to a high quality standard

    UX Designer

    This is a pivotal role that will shape and influence the user-centric design of the Lovehoney websites to create user experiences and interfaces that are genuinely intuitive and engaging. Working with a variety of business functions to drive the discovery phase of feature and product development, you will put your significant understanding of UX practices, research and design experience to full use to create end-to-end journeys that meet the requirements, optimise the user experience and deliver on business objectives.

    This role will apply their specialist skills across a wide variety of products, features, and journeys, including page templates for our new websites as part of our Transformation project, promotional devices, campaign pages, user self-service tools, loyalty engagement journeys and more.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide user driven UX designs and UI concepts, consulting with stakeholders and development teams to supply the vision for the end feature
    • Gather, prioritise and document functional requirements, working with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure acceptance criteria are agreed and dependencies understood
    • Develop user flows and shape feature specific personas to support the process
    • Use analytical data sources as well as user behaviour and research tools to identify existing and potential user pain points to facilitate effective design approach
    • Produce detailed proposals, wireframes and prototypes that meet strategic objectives and allow discussion with relevant stakeholders
    • Provide high fidelity designs and assets to development/agile team to ensure build meets needs and vision
    • Manage and prioritise UX workflows for and within roadmapped features and projects, front end experiments and iterative enhancements
