    Senior Project Manager

    Salary: £40-45,000 per annum

    Hours: 37.5 per week

    We are searching for an experienced and outstanding Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Tech/IT team working within the Project Management Office (PMO), on a range of projects within the company. The PMO is a core part of the Technology department and we currently operate a continuous delivery agile kanban based approach to project delivery. The role is responsible for working closely with the PMO Manager and supporting the Project Managers and Business Analysts in ensuring activity is scoped, planned, analysed and projects delivered for Lovehoney on time, within budget and to agreed scope. A key facet of the role is working with key business stakeholders to understand their technical needs and to then translate these into requirements in preparation for prioritisation of these for delivery by the Tech team.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Liaise with Management and business teams to review project proposals and determine goals, deliverables, timescales, staffing requirements and resources to accomplish approved project requirements
    • Work with Business Analysts and Developers to define and document the technical scope and objectives of projects
    • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
    • Drive a continuous improvement mentality, review project approach and deliverables to ensure we continually learn from the approach taken
    • Lead dependency and risk management workshops
    • Deliver informative, well-organised presentations
    • Report of progress on the roadmap to the board and directors by supporting with chairing the weekly/bi weekly directors technology steering group
    • Lead and coach other PMO team members and support with their development
    • Supports the PMO Manager by managing the day to day running of the PMO Office
    • Drive change management
    • Develop relationships with stakeholders across the business that foster strong ties
    • Communicate effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management

    There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:

    • Having experience as a Project Manager who has led projects through the full life cycle and has the capability to manage/coach other PMs and BA
    • Understanding and having used Agile ideally in a Kanban/Agile/Scrum based environment
    • Background in software/I.T project management would also be advantageous

      The Global Head of Digital Product is responsible for ownership and successful evolution of the Global ecommerce platform and leading the delivery of international initiatives, including the implementation of the digital roadmap to provide best-in-class digital experiences; working with practices such as lean, agile, devops and user centric design.

      Reporting to the CIO, this is a high profile, cross-functional role across the business, requiring regular interaction with global stakeholders, Commercial teams, Brand and Marketing and Technology amongst others.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Development, delivery and continuous improvement of the organisation's digital presence online
      • Digital product owner of the websites - key stakeholder for delivery of any project related to the websites
      • Driving the digital presence forward by creating and managing the digital road map in collaboration with the commercial requirements of the business
      • Accountable for the design, development and delivery of differentiated UX / UI across all digital channels - having the UX function report into this role
      • Partner management for delivery of all aspects of the organisation's digital customer experience
      • Identification and management of all digital tools for internal and external digital management, across all platforms and countries to meet the commercial needs of the business
      • Responsible for the development and coordination of the strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, testing (AB), and constant refinement of the digital experience across all platforms and countries
      • To manage and improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the website and content platforms
      • Managing 3rd party technology and platform service providers
      • Influence (and optimise), support and contribute to the digital marketing plan to increase number of sales and increase conversion
      • Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities
      • Present Digital updates to senior stakeholders (CHLT); driving decision making and stakeholder alignment
      • Digital resource management/allocation in support of business priorities/prioritisation
      • Coach and drive a culture of continuous improvement
      • AB Testing Programme ownership - defining AB testing programmes and implementing and tracking these on site and then assessing against associated expected metrics to decide on global rollout or not.
      • Being a key platform stakeholder to support enhancements, projects and delivery of these

      • Significant successful experience in a multitude of highly performing ecommerce businesses
      • Being a digital ecommerce expert
      • Experience of vendor management in particular IT/BPO suppliers to support transformation/data programs/projects
      • Demonstrable experience of helping the business meet decision-making needs through data and insights
