    eCommerce Excellence Awards Customer Service Award Winner Lovehoney

    Thanks to the amazing work carried out Lovehoney's Customer team, we've been awarded the Best Customer Service Award at the eCommerce Awards for Excellence 2011.

    Lovehoney's Customer Care Manager, Matt believes that it's not just the Customer Care Team who make Lovehoney so fabulous, and says that: "Everybody contributes directly or indirectly in making the customer experience for our customers top." There's no denying it though, the Customer Care Team do a truly fantastic job, and there are hundreds of customer comments to prove it!

    Part of the Lovehoney mantra is ensuring that we go the extra inch for our customers, and it is extremely important to everyone that we provide the best service possible.
