Below you’ll find answers to common questions about working at Lovehoney Group, from what happens during the recruitment process to the office dress code.

Q. I have submitted my CV on your website, what happens next?

A. Firstly, great news! Your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team and hiring managers and if your skills and experience are a potential match, we will be in touch to discuss your application and the role in more detail with you.

Q. What is Lovehoney Group’s interview process?

A. We ensure that our recruitment process is structured in a way that assesses both your technical abilities and alignment to Lovehoney Group’s values. We typically have a two-stage interview process which may also include an initial video or phone interview to talk through your application further. Some of our roles may also include an assessment stage but we will outline this per vacancy. You will also have the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have.

Q. When can I expect to hear from you?

A. We will aim to come back to you as soon as possible if you have been shortlisted or have not been successful for the next stage of our recruitment process. This will typically be up to 2 or 3 weeks once the role is live. 

Q. I have been invited for a video interview, what does this mean and how can I prepare?

A. Fantastic! Your video call will be held via Microsoft Teams. Once we have your interview date and time confirmed, the recruitment team or hiring manager will send you a calendar invite which will contain the video call link. However, if you have any issues or questions using Microsoft Teams, let us know and we can accommodate any type of video/call.

Q. Which countries do you operate in?

A. The majority of our corporate functions are located in Berlin and Bath, UK. Bath is also home to our warehouse and customer service functions. Additionally, we have teams in Atlanta, US, Ottawa, Canada and Brisbane, Australia. Please see the current vacancies page for further details of open positions.

Q. What is Lovehoney Group’s dress code?

A. Suit and tie please… NOPE. Whilst we don’t want you turning up in 3 inch heels and a swim suit, we have a casual dress code at Lovehoney so jeans, t-shirts, trainers are all perfect. Within the Warehouses, it’s important to remember you will be on your feet most of the day so wear sensible shoes.  

Q. I am due to start in a couple of weeks and will be working from home. How will I receive my laptop?

A. Fantastic news! We have a very hard working Tech team who will ensure your laptop will arrive to your front door before you join. We will then send you your login details and get you set up and ready to go on your first day.
